Meet Aimee

There was a time when I couldn’t perform a single push-up, but after a life-changing health scare, I became determined to help myself and others to live their best lives. Since then, I have learned the ins-and-outs of personal training and nutrition. I was able to lose 28 pounds and have competed in two fitness shows, placing in the top 3.

With 12 years of experience as a personal trainer, I use a philosophy centered on overall body mechanics to build strength, power, mobility, flexibility, balance, and stability. My goal is to find the best approach for each individual because we are all unique. My clients make a commitment to do this for themselves and I like to make it fun, positive, and rewarding; while celebrating the successes and results along the way. This is a 50/50 relationship because we’re in this together. Motivating people to be the best versions of themselves is what I love waking up to do every day.

The Facility

Our state-of-the-art facility is located in the newest building in the core of downtown Huntsville. With street level access we have designed our Studio to provide our clients with an exclusive high end space. Our space is designed to meet the five main aspects of personal health. These areas are physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual.

Our next generation model was carefully thought out when we planned our vision. Our vision is for Aimee Sinclair Fitness to be a community of health and fitness. One that offers a variety of fitness offerings that meets the needs of many different fitness levels, while supporting and promoting other fitness professionals along the way. Our belief is the more we collaborate together as a team, the more people we can continue to help improve their health and fitness in our community.

It is imperative to do what you can to stay healthy in mind, body, and soul. Our bodies need maintenance to keep strong and running at their full potential. We provide Keypad entry codes and dedicated time slots. You deserve a high end place and service that allows you to get in and complete your workout in a timely fashion by removing obstacles that can leave you skipping something or not feeling comfortable in your surroundings. We want you to have peace of mind to continue working towards achieving your health and fitness goals.
