What to Expect

We will go through a full-body overview your first session. Reviewing your health questionnaire and the muscular system to complete a full consultation. This will help to explain how and why your program is designed, allowing you to understand and feel confident in what we are working on. We will talk to you and hold you accountable to your individual goals every step of the way. We will challenge you at your current fitness level and continue to push you to grow safely and effectively to your individualized health targets. This involves us asking a lot of questions, so we can work through any obstacles you may have. This journey is fun and is a lifestyle, not a sprint. We will take your measurements, body composition, and weight, so we have the tools to track your progress along the way. Everything is private and confidential.

There are many membership package options at Aimee Sinclair Fitness Private Studio to help with your individualized goals. We can design personalized programs whether you are currently part of another training facility or joining our member team. Personal training clients receive a special discount on monthly membership options. If your schedule makes it hard to find time to train outside of your home we offer online packages that you can complete in the comfort of your home. These workouts are personalized to you, your health targets, and the equipment you have available to you.

 

Personal Training Packages:

8X60 minute sessions - $640 ($80 per session) + hst

8X45 minute sessions - $520 ($65 per session) + hst

8X30 minute sessions - $400 ($50 per session) + hst

Personal Training Individual Session:

1X60 minute session - $95 + hst

1X45 minute session - $80 + hst

1X30 minute session - $65 + hst

Online Nutrition Coaching and Workout Program's

I’m a personal trainer, exercise science professional, weight-loss coach, and an online flexible dieting coach. My focus is creating individualized programs designed around the human body mechanics with a focus on building strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, stability, endurance, and improving overall functionality. This isn’t a one size fits all world.  We are all different and unique in our design. We require different approaches to achieve success based on our personalities, body composition, age, height, starting point, and current health factors. My primary focus is to help people achieve improved health, mind, body, and soul. I believe health isn’t just one area of our lives but is achieved by looking at what will help us to improve our body's overall performance.  I consult with the individual and design the plan I feel is the best approach for them. I offer both Online Nutrition Coaching and Online Workout Program Coaching. These plans can be purchased individually or as a package. Please contact me for more information.
