Cross Fire with Jaime

Cross Fire is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. It is a combination of strength and cardiovascular training. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn a lot of calories. This class will motivate and inspire you every step of the way.

This class will push your fitness level in every class! Using an interval-based fitness concept, we will have highs and lows that will focus on endurance and strength for the entire body. This class will tone and shape you, especially your arms, back, and legs. Using a mix of boxing and striking movements to build strength. The music will inspire you to work harder and push yourself out of your comfort zone to achieve results.

Mix45 with Meghan

Mix 45 is a popular class and it is divided into 3 stages. The first part of Mix45 is 15 minutes of focus on exercises that will target the full body using bodyweight movements and dumbbells. The second part is 15 minutes of core that targets more than 20 muscles in the lower back, stomach, and hips. The third and final part completes your workout with 15 minutes of stretching. This class offers a great mix that will leave you feeling fantastic. This class is for anyone.


FitFusion with Karen

Join Karen Every Thursday at 6 PM for FitFusion! Ready to take your fitness to the next level? FitFusion is the ultimate blend of strength, cardio, and pure energy that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and unstoppable. This circuit-style class is designed to work your entire body, offering a fresh, challenging workout each week.

You’ll move through a dynamic mix of exercises, using everything from dumbbells and resistance bands to TRX straps, battle ropes, slam balls, and more.

Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up, FitFusion has something for everyone. Sign up for a single class or maximize your results with a class package—either way, get ready to sweat, smile, and crush your goals!

Strength & Power - Friday

Join Aimee Sinclair for Strength and Power. We start with Dynamic warm-ups, followed by strength and conditioning exercises using dumbbells to target the upper and lower body with a lot of attention targeting the core. We focus on specific muscle groups in each class and switch this up each week. Using a variety of tempos to challenge you. Each exercise is executed with specific repetitions and sets. You will have rests in between. This class will push you to focus on mind-muscle connection, muscle activation and it offers a great mix with stretching at the end. Modifications offered. Everyone welcome!

Rotating Routine’s Wednesdays, The Tri-Fecta

Get ready to experience a variety of workouts with Rotating Routines. Each week, you’ll dive into a different 35 minute class with Meghan Risto designed to challenge your body in new ways. From toning and sculpting to high-intensity intervals and functional core work, our three class rotation ensures you stay motivated and keep your body guessing. Perfect for all fitness levels, these classes will keep your workouts fresh, fun, and effective.

Here’s how it works:

• Week 1: SweetCheeks Total Body - Glute & Sculpt

• Week 2: H.I.I.T for All - Endurance & Power

• Week 3: Core & Stretch Flow - Flexibility & Function

Then, the rotation repeats, giving you the perfect balance of strength, cardio, and recovery!

SweetCheeks Total Body - Glute & Sculpt: Get ready to tone and sculpt your glutes and full body with our SweetCheeks Total Body class! Using resistance bands and dumbbells, this 35 minute session focuses on building strength, enhancing your curves, and boosting overall fitness. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling empowered and energized! Each session ends with dynamic stretching to ensure your muscles are lengthened and ready for recovery.

H.I.I.T for All - Endurance & Power: H.I.I.T for All, a high-energy class that combines bodyweight exercises and dumbbells to maximize your endurance and power in just 35 minutes. With intervals designed to keep your heart pumping and muscles challenged, this workout will improve your cardiovascular fitness while building muscle. Get ready to sweat and feel the burn—at your own pace! Every class wraps up with dynamic stretching to promote flexibility and reduce soreness.

Core & Stretch Flow - Flexibility & Function: Embrace balance and recovery in our Core & Stretch Flow class. This 35 minute session focuses on functional core exercises and deep stretching to enhance flexibility and stability. Perfect for winding down and rejuvenating your body, this class is ideal for everyone looking to improve their range of motion and core strength.

SweetCheeks Fabric Resistance Bands

Made from a high grade cotton polyester blend with rubber woven through the interior these bands are a great tool for a variety of exercises targeting the glutes, hamstrings, quads, abductors and adductors among others. Use in combination with weights for added resistance or on their own; can also be incorporated into yoga and Pilates practices. Our bands are available in small (13”), medium (15”) and large (17”) sizes for various range of motions, variety of tensions and can be used in progression to increase strength.

SweetCheeks Mini Resistance Bands

SweetCheeks mini rubber loop resistance bands can be used for both upper and lower body exercises. On their own or in combination with weights. They are great for at home and traveling. These bands will assist in your workouts by adding resistance and allow the opportunity to replicate many cable machine exercises without the machine. This set of bands include four different resistance strengths that are designed to bring you a variety of tensions that will recruit more muscle fibers during your workout and add to the level of difficulty.

Aimee Sinclair Fitness is a private studio with keypad entry as there is no walk-in access to the studio. If you are looking to join any of our classes you must be signed up online prior to attend.
